As known to all, given the unexpected appearance of Covid-19 around the globe, the Koelnmesse had to reassess the situation and has decided to postpone the INTERNATIONAL HARDWARE FAIR (1-4 March 2020) in accordance with the General Conditions of Participation. To meet the relevant industry cycles, the trade fair has been rescheduled for 21 to 24 February 2021.
Consequently, for you, visitors, all already purchased admission tickets will be refunded automatically in the coming weeks. You do not need to do anything else.
In 2021, Richard & Brothers will still attend the INTERNATIONAL HARDWARE FAIR at the same booth. (Hall 4.2, booth number A085)
As your current Ticket Voucher Code would not be valid for 2021, we will send you new voucher codes for admission tickets, the corresponding serial numbers and tips for you on how to redeem the vouchers upon requests. Since the exhibition organizer suggested every customer redeeming their own vouchers, please follow the tips to get your invitation tickets online by then. If you need any extra help from us, feel free to let us know anytime. We will be happy to advise you as you prepare to take part in the trade fair in 2021. Our export sales team is always available to answer any further questions you may have.
