Richard Shih
Founder / President
In 1983, Richard started this company from scratch with his brothers, and they named the company “Richard & Brothers” in honor of their brotherhood. With 30 years of sales experience, Richard has established the company culture of “Always think from client’s perspective”. By doing so, we are able to well anticipate what client(s) need, and therefore we can always provide them with the best service and products.
Kevin Shih
Manager
Graduated from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Kevin’s marketing and finance background has given him the required expertise in global trading. He works closely with the production department, sourcing new ideas and solving client challenges on a daily basis. Kevin is also well known for his calm character when managing complex projects and finding solutions for problems.
Yvonne Chen
Financial Director
Having been with the company from the very begining, Yvonne has been through the ups and downs alongside Richard & Brothers for almost 30 years. She is more like a mother to not only the company but also to all the staff here. Whenever we have problems at work or personal, she’s always the one we seek counsel from.
